| Description: | Ability to perform strength, weakness, opportunity, threat (SWOT) analysis on competition. Develop strategies to achieve organizational goals. Delegates work assignments to other business winning team members to ensure timely and accurate response to customer. Identifies opportunities, ensuring that the organization is positioned correctly by influencing customer's RFP to the greatest extent possible by selling the organization's strengths while minimizing the effect of our weaknesses and when possible avoiding a competitive bid situation. Develops a detailed customer plan for primary accounts, which organizes customer baseline information including key personnel, outlines upcoming opportunities and identifies key factors driving customer's decision processes. Develops a detailed sales strategy, which is continually updated, on each opportunity that includes measurable action steps. Each sales strategy should prioritize technical compliance, commercial compliance, schedule and price. Ability to work with other account executives in "team" selling approach. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and sit, drive a car, travel on airplane, and will be required to extensively travel. Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred. 5 or more years of working sales experience required. |
