Senior Tax Analyst

Description:Prepare schedules, consolidations and analyses to support all tax reporting and disclosures that appear in the organization's quarterly SEC filings. Prepare and process periodic US and state tax accruals in conformity with US GAAP generally and FAS 109, FIN 48 and APB 23 in particular. Review non-US quarterly tax accrual packages received from foreign operating units. Draft and maintain Corporate Tax Accounting procedures including SOx compliance procedures. Assist in all US tax compliance and analysis as required, including assistance with US Information Returns (Forms 5471) and US foreign tax credits (Form 1118). Ensure that Tax Accounting files are fully documented and audit ready and accumulate and provide supporting documentation to demonstrate compliance with SOx procedures. Assist in special projects to identify, research and analyze tax issues and planning opportunities as assigned. BS degree in Accounting, MS in Taxation and/or CPA or candidate, 3-5 years of tax experience (public and industry), exposure to FAS 109 and FIN 48, analytically oriented with strong communication skills, and exposure to International taxation a plus.
